Summary:

The Insurance and Actuarial Advisory Services (IAAS) practice is a market leading service, covering all segments of the property/casualty and life/health insurance industries. We'll look to you to support our Client Engagement teams, performing a diverse range of actuarial tasks, including financial modelling, loss reserving, financial and regulatory reporting, product development and pricing analysis, litigation support, customer analytics, rate setting and other consulting projects. Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in an actuarial science, finance, or mathematics related field, supported by a strong academic record.
  • Strong preference for at least 2 actuarial exams passed.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions with team members and clients.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Relevant prior internship experience in the actuarial field.

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong academic foundation in business and/or technology and demonstrated ability to evaluate complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with programming languages (e.g. Excel VBA, R, Python)
  • Collaborative problem-solving skills and a keen interest in technology to positively influence global and domestic business operations.
