Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Senior Tax Accountant, with flexibility for some remote work. The Senior Tax Accountant will be responsible for tax compliance, tax preparation, tax planning, financial statements, general accounting and other related duties as assigned. The Senior Tax Accountant will be required to maintain client relationships, identify issues and propose solutions, and ensure timely and accurate completion of client engagements. This role may require occasional travel to client sites.
Qualifications
- Tax Compliance and Tax Preparation skills
- Experience preparing Financial Statements
- Strong understanding of Accounting principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Adept in the use of tax software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- CPA certification is strongly preferred
- 7+ years of experience in tax accounting
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
