If you have a passion for technology, enjoy providing value to customers, and are looking for a company that will help you develop your career, we want to talk to you

About the Role

The Implementation Specialist serves as a Project Manager who begins working with our customers as soon as the ink is dry on the sales contract. This individual sets the pace, time, and attitude for the entire implementation cycle. Requirements of data collection, software configuration, admin/super user training and a guided journey through the technical go-live process all fall under the direction of this role. Implementation Specialists provide ongoing support, ensuring new customers have a great experience with both our people and our software.

We're looking for a dynamic professional who excels in relationship-building and thrives in a highly visible position. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Confidence and professionalism when engaging with C-suite executives, while fostering collaboration across all customer levels
  • A passion for operational excellence, helping a growing company streamline processes and empower our customers to focus on what matters most - patient care

If you are passionate, enjoy the challenge of solving complex problems, love people, and are comfortable with change – you will fit in perfectly with our entrepreneurial culture.

What You'll Do:

  • Methodically and proactively guide clients through the onboarding, configuration, and training processes.
  • Follow Project Management principles and guidelines to ensure installations meet budgetary and time constraints.
  • Use creative problem-solving, drive system best practices and onsite observations to help customers identify and overcome barriers to meeting success metrics.
  • Coordinate efforts of key customer stakeholders and Procurement Partners' resources (Data, IT, Sales, CS) to ensure the customer is set up for long-term success. You own the result.
  • Bridge the gap between customer feature needs/requests and our Product Development team.
  • Seek ways to enhance and improve internal processes and the overall customer experience.
  • Be the most proficient and advanced user of Procurement Partners platforms.
  • Drive long-term partnerships with customers based on trust and respect.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the procurement and healthcare ecosystem, our clients' initiatives, and our products' role in meeting those initiatives.
