Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic, passionate about the world of plastic surgery & aesthetics, dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care. Responsibilities will include EMR Charting in Nextech in rooms with the Dr., Sterilization, helping with pre-op and post-op patients, vital signs monitoring, inventory of OR supplies, must be a team player and willing to help all support staff in the office and patient service skills to ensure a positive experience for our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
  • Measure and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
  • Prepare patients for examinations by taking medical histories and documenting their current health status.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the examination rooms and medical equipment.
  • Provide excellent patient service by addressing questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Support the healthcare team in managing patient flow within the clinic or facility.
  • Collaborate with other medical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to outpatient care.
  • Proficiency in taking vital signs accurately and efficiently.
  • Excellent patient service skills, demonstrating compassion and understanding in all interactions.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with patients and healthcare professionals effectively.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
