Our client, a rapidly growing leader in AI server manufacturing and next-generation data center solutions, is seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to oversee the construction and commissioning of an
AI Server Assembly Plant
in Austin, Texas.

This is a unique opportunity to join a cutting edge company driving the future of AI infrastructure, working on a high impact, large scale industrial project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of construction projects for the AI server assembly/data center facility from planning and design to execution and handover.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Oversee site activities, monitor progress, approve schedules, and ensure quality compliance.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.
  • Drive procurement, vendor selection, and contract negotiations in collaboration with supply chain and technical teams.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations.
  • Manage reporting, documentation, and communication to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support commissioning, testing, and operational readiness of the new facility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience managing construction projects, preferably within: Data centers, Industrial facilities, High-tech manufacturing, Semiconductor or electronics assembly plants
  • Strong understanding of MEP, infrastructure, and industrial facility design.
  • Proven experience managing contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • PMP certification is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Austin, Texas.
