Wellerman Transportation, based in St. Louis, MO, specializes in helping Missouri cannabis license holders transport products compliantly, safely, and efficiently throughout the state. Our state-of-the-art vans are equipped with climate control and advanced monitoring systems to ensure the highest quality transportation services for our clients.

We're currently hiring dependable, detail-oriented drivers to join our growing team. The Driver will operate a company-owned or leased van, ensure compliant and secure delivery of products, maintain effective communication with customers, and provide exceptional service on every route.

What You'll Do


• Safely operate company vehicles for product transport


• Ensure full compliance with state and local cannabis transport regulations


• Maintain clear communication with dispatch and clients


• Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism

What We're Looking For


• Knowledge of local road regulations and routes


• Individuals with a strong situational awareness and a proven track record of defensive driving


• Experience in the Missouri cannabis market is a plus


• Experience working in a startup environment is a plus


• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols


• Ability to work independently and follow schedules


• Previous experience in the transportation industry is a plus


• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs


• Ability to work four 10-hour days (for full-time roles)


• Clean driving record


• Ability to pass a background check
