IT Manager

Hardware & Infrastructure

• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, servers, printers, and other hardware.
• Monitor network performance and ensure uptime of critical systems.
• Manage hardware inventory and lifecycle, including procurement and upgrades.
• Implement and supervise data backup and disaster recovery systems.

Software & Systems

• Manage the installation, updates, and licensing of operating systems and enterprise software.
• Ensure compatibility and smooth integration of software across departments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.
• Research and recommend new tools and solutions to improve productivity.

IT Operations & Support

• Provide technical support for end-users on both hardware and software.
• Develop documentation, user guides, and training sessions to enhance employee IT skills.
• Maintain cybersecurity best practices, including antivirus, firewalls, and system monitoring.

Leadership & Projects

• Lead IT projects such as system migrations, software rollouts, or hardware refreshes.
• Supervise IT staff and assign responsibilities.
• Coordinate with external vendors for hardware and software support contracts.

Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

5+ years of IT experience, with hands-on knowledge of both software and hardware management.

Proven experience with Windows/Linux operating systems, networks, and server management.

Familiarity with business software (ERP, CRM, productivity tools).
