PROJECT SCHEDULER - Primavera

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Developing and maintaining project schedules using information gained through project documents, reporting data, and observations of construction & installation projects
  • Using Primavera P6 Scheduling software to create comprehensive schedules
  • Navigate and populate preliminary and working project schedules with Project Managers using Primavera P6 scheduling Software
  • Obtain time sensitive information from key team members related to execution of support plans, logistics coordination, changes in scope, schedule impacts, etc.
  • Implement subcontractor activities/milestones into master schedules and manage the criteria and methods for exchange of schedule related information
  • Updating and reporting the status of projects to project teams and customers using scheduling software and supplementary reporting tools
  • Manipulating schedules to reflect valuable and concise information specific to the intended audience
  • Participate in other assigned tasks related to project planning and project management

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Min 3 years of Project Scheduling Experience using Primavera P6 Scheduling Software
  • Ability to create Primavera Schedules from scratch, knowledge of schedule logic and precedence
  • Previous Automotive Manufacturing in Industrial Construction experience is preferred
  • College Degree is highly desired in AS or BS in Construction Management or Engineering Not Required
  • Ability Identify & analyze critical path activities
  • Experience read and understand Construction or Mechanical blueprints and drawings
  • Familiar with field Safety and previous experience working at Construction site
  • Great communication skills are a must, will interact with clients, engineering, field team, and suppliers
  • Ability to work on site at Clients Ohio Job Site, work Overtime, Weekends and Holidays
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
  • Per diem is available for qualified candidates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
