Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Fitness Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various fitness disciplines and the ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels. As a Fitness Instructor, you will lead engaging classes, provide personalized training sessions, and promote a healthy lifestyle within our community.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver high-energy group fitness classes, including but not limited to kickboxing, cycling, yoga, Pilates, and CrossFit, Water Aerobics.
  • Provide instruction on proper exercise techniques, body mechanics, and anatomy knowledge to ensure safety and effectiveness.
  • Create customized workout programs that align with clients' health objectives while incorporating principles of physiology.
  • Foster a positive environment that encourages participation and community building among members.
  • Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and continuously improve personal skills through professional development opportunities.

Experience

  • Previous experience as a Fitness Instructor or in a related role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, body mechanics, and program design is essential.
  • Experience in teaching group fitness classes across various formats such as water aerobics, step, kickboxing.
  • Certification in relevant fitness disciplines (e.g., personal training, yoga instruction) is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour
