Line Cook (Grill & Sauté) – Full Time

Location: Wethersfield, CT

We are seeking experienced Line Cooks with a strong background on grill and sauté to join a fast-paced, chef-driven kitchen. This role is ideal for professionals who take pride in execution, consistency, and working clean under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Execute grill and sauté stations during service at a high level
  • Maintain consistency, timing, and plate presentation
  • Follow recipes, specs, and chef standards
  • Work clean, organized, and efficiently throughout service
  • Assist with prep, breakdown, and station organization
  • Uphold food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional line cook experience
  • Proven experience on grill and/or sauté
  • Ability to work calmly and efficiently during busy services
  • Strong knife skills and understanding of cooking fundamentals
  • Team-oriented, dependable, and detail-driven

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Nights, weekends, and holidays required

Compensation
