Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining refrigeration and catering equipment. Your daily tasks will include troubleshooting technical issues, performing regular maintenance and repairs, and conducting on-site service for clients. You will also collaborate with customers to ensure satisfaction and address service-related inquiries promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair of refrigeration and catering equipment
  • Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving equipment issues
  • Experience in Field Service, including traveling to client locations to perform on-site repairs and maintenance
  • Commitment to exceptional Customer Service and the ability to communicate clearly with clients
  • Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures when handling equipment
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and adapt to dynamic work scenarios
  • EPA certification and knowledge of refrigeration systems are preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus

· Minimum of 3 yr. HVAC/Refrigeration and warehouse experience.

· Advanced knowledge of on‐site maintenance and ability to work with vendors and contractors.

· Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

· Strong communication, organizational and time management skills.

· Outstanding customer service skills.

· Basic computer skills, including Outlook.

· Ability to learn and operate the company's computer software

· Access and ability to drive a car.
