Full-time | 8 hours/day | 40 hours/week | Flexible shifts between 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Pay Rate:
$19/hr

Position Overview

We're seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Banking Specialist to join our FS Call & Operations team in Draper, UT. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with financial data, and is committed to accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities

As a Banking Specialist, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Data Entry: Accurately input financial and customer information into internal systems.
• Reconciliations: Perform daily account and transaction reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Monetary Transactions: Process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial movements with precision and compliance.
• Form Reviewing: Examine and validate banking forms for completeness and correctness.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct audits and checks to maintain high standards of data integrity and compliance.
• Documentation: Maintain organized records of transactions and communications.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in financial data.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to support operational goals and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
