Responsibilities
The Senior Landscape Architect will work collaboratively in a team setting on the development of conceptual designs, the production of construction and permit drawings as well as on-site construction administration. Projects will include a wide range of landscape projects including land development, commercial and resort design, streetscapes, parks, and entry features as well as federal, state and local government projects.
Client Management
Attend scoping meetings with clientsPrepare fee proposalsClient coordinationReview project billingProject Management
Provide design/technical guidance to Designers and Project Managers and oversee the development of design packages including:Landscape PlansIrrigation PlansHardscape PlansSite Amenity PlansPrepare detailed opinion of construction cost estimatesReview Inspection reportsProvide quality control reviews of work productsQualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited universityMinimum 15 years' related experience with current licensureMust understand the relationship between design and constructabilityExceptional written and verbal communication skillsExceptional organizational skillsProficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
