Parkhill is seeking to hire an Civil EIT with a specialization in Site Development and Planning to join our growing team. This opportunity will be in our Lubbock office.This is a full-time, exempt position paid on a salary basis.

Parkhill is one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in the Southwest. We have 13 offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to develop proposals, scopes, and fees.
- Manage the demands of planning and modeling, regulatory compliance, and permitting.
- Review project details to proactively manage risk.
- Evaluate observations and design systems that will withstand the elements on the installation site.
- Develop relationships with clients, staff, municipal authorities, vendors, and contractors.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- 0+ years of experience in site development.
- Experience with software including AutoCAD Civil 3D and ArcGIS is preferred.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and workplace safety regulations.
- Must be able to work in a collaborative environment with non-Engineer decision makers and be able to communicate plans.
