Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic and empathetic Patient Support & Services Representative to help work in the front office and provide an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients with intake forms and paperwork
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow
  • Collect co-pays and verify insurance benefits
  • Maintain accurate EMR records and uphold HIPAA compliance
  • Communicate with therapists and coordinate office needs
  • Support occasional marketing and administrative tasks

Work Hours & Onboarding

  • Mon/Wed: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
  • Tues/Thurs: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Fri (alternating): 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM / 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Qualifications

  • Highly organized, self-directed, and team-oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • EMR and computer proficiency
  • Empathetic and patient-focused
  • Prior Health Care Office experience a plus

Salary & Benefits

  • $40, ,000 per year depending on experience
  • Health insurance coverage at 87%
