LPJob Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Specialist in Operations and Process Improvement to lead and support departmental efficiencies, training, and compliance adherence within a complex operational framework. The role involves identifying and directing the review of complex issues, representing the department on cross-functional projects, and serving as a subject matter expert to ensure operational and regulatory success.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the department in operational, enterprise, and industry projects or process improvements, requiring functional analysis and testing support.
- Direct and support departmental training, documenting progress, and ensuring adherence to established procedures.
- Coordinate with Operations Documentation and Education Team to ensure effective training strategies and materials.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required).
- Proficiency in PowerPoint (preferred; useful for preparing decks and summaries for leadership).
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of requests (thousands per day).
- Previous experience in operations or analyst roles preferred.
- Strong Training and Development Skills.
- Looking for 5 to 7 years of experience
Industry Experience Required:
- Extensive experience in financial services, with a deep understanding of transfer processes and regulatory requirements related to various financial products (mutual funds, annuities, etc.).
