Role Description

This is an on-site Loan Officer role located in Tucson, AZ. The Loan Officer will assist clients in obtaining mortgage loans by evaluating financial information, providing guidance, and recommending suitable loan options. Responsibilities include reviewing and processing loan applications, collaborating with underwriters and finance teams, and maintaining strong relationships with customers by offering exceptional service throughout the lending process. The role also requires staying informed about current lending practices and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Loan Origination and experience working as a Loan Officer
  • Knowledge of Underwriting principles and practices
  • Strong background in Finance and familiarity with mortgage products
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess financial information
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working experience with loan or financial software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
