About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing & Client Success Assistant who can support client success, marketing innovations and drive business growth. You'll blend advertising, operations, and client support — helping restaurants grow and Yay³ hit our revenue goals.

Our growth is powered by happy clients who expand their locations and refer us to their peers. This role fuels that success by keeping clients supported, focusing our sales, and growing marketplace visibility.

What You'll Do

  • Drive marketing efforts including digital and print materials.
  • Lead monthly performance review reports on trends and opportunities
  • Support day-to-day client needs, integrating systems and software
  • Assist with new client outreach and business development opportunities.
  • Work with the leadership team to forecast and connect client performance, marketing efforts, and sales growth.

What We're Looking For

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and confident with numbers and data.
  • A clear communicator who enjoys building relationships.
  • Creative marketer and problem-solver who can juggle multiple projects at once.
  • Adept with digital tools, technology and marketing platforms
  • Experience or degree in Advertising, Marketing, Sales or related field preferred.
