Project Manager MEP/HVAC
Position Overview
The Project Manager MEP/HVAC will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of MEP and HVAC projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage MEP and HVAC projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project status.
  • Prepare and present project reports to management and clients.
  • Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in MEP or HVAC projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems, MEP systems, and relevant codes and regulations.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
