Location: Fort Myers, FL
Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing Agent and inside Project Manager to join our team in Fort Myers, FL. The Purchasing Agent will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods and services for our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, be able to build relationships with suppliers, and have a keen eye for cost-saving opportunities. Must have experience in door and millwork industry to be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify potential suppliers and vendors
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers
  • Create and maintain relationships with suppliers and clients
  • process PO and SO
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
  • maintain a solid relationship with client and vendors
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure purchasing needs are met
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Purchasing Agent as well as project management
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and purchasing software
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles
