We are hiring for full-time and part-time shifts across the Valley and Tucson—including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends. Whether you're an experienced nurse or a new graduate looking for training and mentorship, we have opportunities tailored to your schedule and goals.

What You'll Do:

· Deliver skilled nursing care in the comfort of the patient's home, following a physician-directed care plan

· Perform comprehensive assessments and regular check-ins to monitor condition and adjust treatment as needed

· Administer medications, therapies, and treatments

· Educate patients and families on care routines, medications, and safety best practices

· Collaborate with the broader care team, including PT/OTs, caregivers, and case managers

· Ensure accurate and timely documentation, including OASIS (RNs)

Are you the right candidate?

Please apply if you have the following qualifications:

· Active RN or LPN license in Arizona (new grads welcome)

· Willingness to work in home environments and travel within 30 miles of your home

· Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

· CPR/BLS certification

· TB test and fingerprint clearance

· Experience with OASIS documentation (for RNs) is a plus
