Position Overview

The Account Manager is responsible for managing assigned customer accounts, meeting established goals for delinquency, charge-offs, and revenue, and ensuring exceptional customer relationships. This role requires maintaining firm control over late accounts while providing professional and courteous service to every customer. The Account Manager will also clearly explain rental agreements, including terms and conditions, to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous account management or collections experience preferred
  • Excellent telephone and communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude
  • Reliable team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships
  • Valid Ohio Driver's License
  • Must pass driving and criminal background checks

Work Schedule

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Monday through Saturday, 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
  • Closed Sundays with one midweek day off
