Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Apartment Maintenance/Service Technician to join our property management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the functionality, safety, and appearance of residential apartment communities. This role requires a versatile individual with strong technical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience in maintenance. The technician will perform routine repairs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that all units and common areas meet quality standards. Experience with electrical systems, mechanical repairs, and residential painting is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical systems within our apartment complexes
  • Complete residential painting projects to maintain property aesthetics
  • Maintain apartment grounds when necessary
  • Assist with apartment turnover if needed
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to resident requests and inquiries

Requirements

  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance or residential property repair services
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents and team members
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license required

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
