What You'll Do


• Conduct meaningful assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland, PDDBI) and develop individualized treatment plans


• Design engaging, functional programs across clinic and real-world settings


• Collaborate with caregivers and team members to promote consistency


• Provide monthly caregiver coaching and supervise RBTs with hands-on mentorship


• Use data to guide decisions and ensure meaningful progress


• Help shape programs and innovate within a close-knit, nonprofit environment

What We're Looking For


• BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB


• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills


• Experience with Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention (preferred)


• Familiarity with Skinner's Analysis of Verbal Behavior (preferred)


• A growth mindset and commitment to compassionate, ethical care
