ABEITA AND ASSOCIATES - Behavioral Services
Unlike other BCBA positions out there, we work in day programs (operation hours 8am-3pm) & residential care homes for adults with disabilities and offer a flexible schedule, consistent hours/caseload, a hybrid work environment, a true work-life balance, AND there's no need to hassle with insurance companies.
Job Summary
Abeita & Associates is seeking a BCBA/Qualified Behavior Modification Professional (QBMP) to provide clinical oversight for individuals attending behavioral modification day programs, while also contributing to the growth and development of our broader behavioral services team.
The specific pay and workload depends on the number of clients attending the day program but is approximately 20hrs/week. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about taking on part time work with a potential for full time. Duties include reviewing behavior consultant reports, guiding Behavior Management Assistants (BMAs), and providing clinical leadership to other BCBAs/QBMPs and emerging professionals.
This is a great opportunity for a seasoned clinician who enjoys both hands-on client work and shaping organizational practices through supervision, mentorship, and quality assurance.

- Use evidence-based teaching methods, including task analysis, prompting, chaining, and reinforcement, to support client skill development.
- Incorporate preference assessments, choice-making, and naturalistic teaching strategies in daily programming.
- Support and supervise DSPs pursuing Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, including conducting competency assessments.
- Review and provide feedback on behavior consultant reports and documentation to maintain quality and compliance across the team.
- Supervise and support other BCBAs or clinical staff, fostering collaboration, clinical consistency, and professional development.
- Assist in strategic planning efforts to enhance service delivery and contribute to agency growth.
