**Job Overview:**

Car Source Collision Center located in Gaithersburg, MD is currently seeking a skilled Automotive Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for inspecting vehicles, identifying the necessary repairs, and providing detailed estimates to our customers. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to assist with our Insurance partners coordination HIGH-VOLUME, quick turnaround repairs. ** Experience:** Well qualified applicants should have at least 5 years of experience working in the industry. Writing estimates for the following; Insurance companies, customers.

**Skills:**

  • Proficient use of CCCONE
  • I-CAR Gold Class Certification
  • High attention to detail
  • Previous experience with working with Insurance companies
  • Strong Customer Service/Relationship building Skills
  • Basic 360 Microsoft Office & Windows Knowledge
  • Ability to multi-task & prioritize completing tasks at hand

**Duties & Expectation:**

  • Manage the check-ins, repairs, & ultimate delivery of customer.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of damage to vehicle & assess extent of necessary repairs
  • Write detailed estimate prioritizing industry repair standards
  • Preform quality inspection of repair to ensure all line estimate items are addressed appropriately
  • Document all communication with customer/account
  • Consistent production management of repair in progress
  • Ensure ultimate satisfaction of Customer is met
  • Timely manner follow-ups on customer inquiries/concerns

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80, $130,000.00 per year
