Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled bilingual (English & Spanish) Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of beverages, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, and maintaining the bar area to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events or busy periods.
  • Manage time effectively during peak hours to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
  • Utilize POS system for order entry, payment processing, and inventory tracking.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a bartending or food service role is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
  • Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
  • Basic math skills are necessary for handling cash transactions accurately.
  • Knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus for those interested in craft beverages.
  • Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
