Job Description
Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. The PT will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to patients to help improve their mobility, alleviate pain, and prevent disability. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a strong background in physical therapy techniques.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patients' needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and physical abilities
- Implement therapy techniques to improve mobility, strength, and range of motion
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with a diverse patient population
- Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and practices
