Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team in Bellevue. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various operational tasks and ensuring a smooth workflow within the organization. Kingto International is a China-based commercial development company expanding in the United States.
Our U.S. focus is on luxury residential development and construction using reinforced concrete structures in the Greater Seattle / Bellevue area.
Position Summary
We are hiring a Mandarin-speaking Structural Engineer with a Washington State SE license and 2–3 years experience, who has completed 1–2 reinforced concrete residential projects in Bellevue or the Greater Seattle area.
Key Requirements (Must Have )
- Mandarin Chinese fluency
- Washington State SE License (Able to stamp drawings)
- 2–3 years experience in structural engineering
- Experience with at least 1–2 concrete residential projects in Bellevue
- U.S. building code familiarity (IBC / IRC / local city amendments)
Responsibilities
- Perform engineering analysis and calculations for concrete residential structures
- Prepare and stamp structural drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with architects, GC, and City of Bellevue reviewers
- Occasional field/site visits as required
Tools & Software
Experience preferred:
- Revit / AutoCAD
- ETABS / RISA / SAP2000
