What we need...
Our Configuration Analyst implements client requested updates and resolves reported issues in a live Online Banking Platform using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and XML. The candidate will work closely with Support teams to address client concerns and collaborate with QA and Development teams to implement new features. This is an opportunity to expand technical skills in a fast-paced, production-focused environment while working on an evolving fintech product. This is a hybrid role based in our Southington, CT office.

Independently assign and complete tasks from a queue of client production requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Communicate effectively with Support teams to resolve client reported issues and provide technical insights for continuous improvement. Actively contribute as a member of a Scrum team, including attending daily stand-up meetings and collaborating on sprint goals. Work closely with Quality Assurance and Development teams to prepare new functionality for production deployment.Occasionally perform upgrade maintenance on the Online Banking Platform outside normal business hours to minimize client impact.What you'll bring…
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, a related field or equivalent work experience.Ability to deliver accurate work in a production environment where precision matters. Good communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with Support, QA, and Development teamsStrong problem solving ability for troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions under time constraints.Strong understanding of technical conceptsWillingness to step outside your comfort zone, learn new technologies, and take on challenges that drive personal and team success. Desire to learn more about the underlying architecture of the Online Banking Platform and how different components interact.The salary range for this role is $61, ,374
