We are on a mission to unite and empower women to be the strongest version of themselves through strength training. We want to inspire women to take centre stage in the gym by promoting strength training, which underpins all movement and sport, as a healthy foundation in life.

We're Looking For
We're looking for a creative, strategic, and highly motivated Content Creator to lead the storytelling and content strategy behind our founder's personal brand across social media.

As the dedicated content partner to our Co-Founder and Creative Director, you'll play a key role in shaping how Krissy Cela, as a founder, entrepreneur, and leader, shows up online. You'll be responsible for developing and executing content that captures her world and amplifies the KC brand across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing business and help define how our founder's story connects with millions around the world.

You'll Be Responsible For
Content Creation & Production

• Capture high-quality, behind-the-scenes, and lifestyle content that showcases Krissy's day-to-day, from business moments and workouts to travel, events, and personal insights.
• Shoot, edit, and deliver engaging short-form videos and imagery optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Maintain a consistent flow of high-performing, on-brand content that balances creativity, trends, and strategy.
• Create diverse content formats, including:
• Founder insights and face-to-camera videos
• Behind-the-scenes and "day in the life" moments
• Trend-driven and culturally relevant concepts
• Brand-aligned lifestyle and educational content

Creative Strategy & Storytelling

• Develop and pitch creative ideas that reflect Krissy's authentic voice, values, and goals, blending relatability with cultural relevance.
• Collaborate closely with the wider brand and social teams to ensure a cohesive visual identity and storytelling direction.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends, formats, and creator innovations to keep our content fresh and distinctive.
• Support campaign planning and founder-led storytelling initiatives that drive broader brand impact.

Brand Alignment & Collaboration

• Partner with brand strategists to ensure all content aligns with KC's positioning and messaging.
• Oversee content creation schedules and manage a consistent publishing cadence across platforms.
• Represent Krissy and the brand with professionalism and discretion in all filming environments and collaborations.
• Maintain organised creative assets and streamline content workflows for efficiency and quality.

You'll Need To Have

• Proven experience ideating, producing, and editing engaging social media content that drives growth and engagement.
• Strong technical skills in video capture and editing (mobile or camera-based).
• A deep understanding of social media culture, trends, and best practices, particularly across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Excellent creative judgment and aesthetic sense, with an eye for premium, story-driven content.
• Confidence working directly with high-profile talent or founders in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Experience managing or growing a personal or brand social media presence is highly desirable.

Salary Range
$80,000 - $100,000 pa
