Job Description

As a Security Officer - Auto Patrol in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at an automotive location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Your role includes conducting routine patrols, providing outstanding customer service, and communicating clearly with visitors and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the operations at the automotive location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence.
• Observe and report any unusual activities or security-related concerns within the automotive facility.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and interacting with visitors or employees as needed.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
• Document incidents and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal policies and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR and/or first aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
