Position Overview: The HR Coordinator will play a key role in managing full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations activities. This role requires someone organized, professional, and passionate about building strong teams while maintaining compliance, consistency, and care in all HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for all departments.
  • Manage and execute onboarding programs, ensuring a seamless and engaging new-hire experience.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist with payroll, timekeeping, and benefits administration.
  • Support leadership in handling employee relations issues, including coaching, documentation, and conflict resolution.
  • Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and workforce planning strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and company policies.
  • Assist with internal communications, recognition programs, and performance reviews.
  • Coordinate HR initiatives including training, employee engagement, and policy updates.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruiting and onboarding.
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
