YOUR MISSION

  • Lead and oversee the full SAP S/4HANA roll-out, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with the global program
  • Plan, monitor, and control project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve defined milestones
  • Serve as the main contact point between headquarters, local stakeholders, and external implementation partners
  • Ensure all processes and configurations comply with business, tax, and legal requirements

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

  • Proven track record in leading SAP implementation or roll-out projects, ideally with SAP S/4HANA
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to structure, prioritize, and deliver complex initiatives
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Fluency in Polish, combined with strong English skills
  • Availability to work in a hybrid setup near Warsaw, with flexibility for both on-site and remote presence
