We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Wireless Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Wireless Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting wireless products and services to meet the needs of our customers. Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing wireless products and services

- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits

- Provide information on pricing, plans, and promotions

- Process sales transactions using cash registers or point-of-sale systems

- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock shelves as needed

- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and product knowledge

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred

- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus

- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette

- Ability to sell and promote wireless products effectively

- Basic math skills for processing sales transactions

- Technical sales experience is an advantage

- Knowledge of wireless technology is desirable
