The Vered is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and is detail oriented. Additionally, the ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, a warm and professional presence, and a genuine passion for serving older adults.

In this role, you will support the Director of Sales & Marketing and play a key part in driving occupancy, supporting prospects, and creating an exceptional move-in experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Director of Sales & Marketing with community marketing initiatives.
  • Conducting engaging tours for prospective residents, families, and guests, and summarizing key information for follow-up.
  • Processing deposits, applications, and required paperwork through Business Operations.
  • Assisting prospects with apartment selection and available upgrade options.
  • Ensuring apartments are move-in ready, coordinating work orders, and completing walk-throughs.
  • Collaborating with department leaders to coordinate and execute seamless resident move-ins.
  • Maintaining regular communication with waitlist prospects.
  • Tracking and reporting on apartment sales and occupancy trends.
  • Maintaining organized prospect files and ensuring all departments have required information.
  • Assisting with planning, coordinating, and executing on-site events.
  • Managing departmental supplies and placing orders as needed.
  • Supporting marketing strategy development and prospect communication.
  • Maintaining accurate, timely data entry within Sherpa CRM.
  • Representing the community at outreach events, professional meetings, and industry gatherings.
  • Preparing marketing reports and handling special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field,
    or
    at least two years of relevant experience.
  • Senior living industry experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interpret business information and follow written, verbal, or visual instructions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism.
