WHAT YOU WILL DO
As the School Development Specialist, you will serve as the central point of contact to ensure Primrose Franchise Owner prospects and potential acquisition opportunities progress through the sales funnel while focusing on creating a delightful experience exceeding expectations. This is a full-time, hybrid role.
Provides general administrative support to their regional School Development team.
- Coordinate, prepare materials, record notes and disseminate follow-up information for internal meetings
- Prepare assigned sales and real estate reports
- Provide user support to teams for Hubspot/FranConnect
- Respond to Franchise Owner lead inquiries in a timely manner
- Gather necessary information about prospective Franchise Owners, such as motives, geographic preferences, and capital
- Collect and manage inbound Lead Information Collection from prospects including NDA and RFI
- Coordinate lead distribution to regional Sales Directors
- Coordinate internal calls with leads to educate them on Primrose Schools and requirements of ownership
- Manage and track Acquisition Target List.
- Manage Mutual NDA process with Franchise Owners
- Assist Franchise Sales Directors with special projects, such as presentation meetings and Franchise Owner visits
- Execute marketing campaigns through Hubspot
- Support Sales Directors by compiling NOC packets and ordering gifts
- Prepare, send and manage Site Acknowledgement Letters, Area Change Process requests and other internal documentation
- Coordinate Award Day with internal teams and Franchise Owners
- Manage ownership realignments for assigned region by collecting necessary documentation and communicating with relevant internal and external parties
- Act as a backup for other Regional Support Specialists when needed
- Provide support to assigned team as needed on special projects or other key initiatives
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 1-3 years of administrative, general office, or sales support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and balance multiple high priority tasks
