Job Summary:

Plans, coordinates and delivers training and staff development programs for Security Officers, Supervisors and other employees. Develops and adapts programs for specific sites and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Assess Developmental Training Needs Through Observations and Collaboration with The Management Team and Human Resources.

• Deliver Engaging Training on Topics Such as Leadership Fundamentals, Coaching & Feedback, Communication, Company Policies, Conflict Resolution and Performance Management. 

• Provide One-on-One Coaching to Supervisors. 

• Partner with Management Team to Reinforce Training.

• Measure Training Impact Through Performance Indicators (Officer Feedback / Turnover). 

• Assist in Onboarding, Investigate Allegations and Partner with AHRM for Resolution.

• Focusing on Improving Employee Retention.

• Officer Advocate.

Position Qualifications:

• Ensures Delivery of High-Quality Customer Service. 
• Helps Sustain Client and Employee Retention.
• Prior Supervisory or Leadership Experience.

• Ability to Collect and Verify Information Through, Interviews, Documents and Other Sources. 

• Skills In Identifying Patterns, Inconsistencies, and Credibility in Statements or Evidence.

• Is Organized, Self-Disciplined, Technologically Savvy, Compliant, and Communicates Timely and Effectively at All Levels.

Education/Experience:

• At Least 18 Years of Age. 
• Bachelor's Degree and 1 Year of Training Experience.
• Associate's Degree and 3 Years of Progressively Responsible Related Experience.
• Or An Equivalent Combination of Education and Experience Sufficient to Perform the Essential Functions of The Job, as Determined by The Company.
• Additional Relevant Experience Can Be Substituted for The Required Education on The Basis of One Calendar Year of Experience for One Academic Year of Education.
