**Job Title: Multifamily Leasing Consultant**

**Job Description:**

Arbour Commons is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Multifamily Leasing Consultant with direct sales experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual with a passion for helping prospective residents find their perfect home. As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a key role in maintaining high occupancy levels and excellent resident relations at our community.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Act as a primary point of contact for prospective residents and visitors, providing them with a warm welcome and comprehensive property tours.
  • Assist prospects in completing applications, verifying rental history, and providing necessary leasing information.
  • Maintain knowledge of current market conditions and competitor properties to effectively assist prospective tenants.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of rental applications and lease agreements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, resolving inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with potential residents and maintain an organized database of leads.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting resident events and community activities.

**Qualifications:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous leasing or sales experience is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and marketing skills required.
  • Proficiency in office software applications and property management systems.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
  • High level of professionalism and reliability.
