NOW HIRING: Flaggers, Crew Leaders, and MOTs

Must be located in or willing to travel to Washington, DC, Montgomery County, and Prince George's County and surrounding areas.

  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in outdoor conditions
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Certified Flaggers

  • Valid Flagger Certification
  • Knowledge of traffic control and safety procedures
  • Ability to communicate clearly with crew members and the public
  • Must wear proper PPE at all times (vest, hard hat, boots, etc.)

Crew Leaders

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in traffic control or construction leadership
  • Ability to manage and direct flagging crews
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Must ensure work zones are compliant
  • Valid driver's license preferred

MOT (Maintenance of Traffic) Supervisors / Technicians

  • Valid MOT Certification (Intermediate or Advanced level preferred)
  • Strong understanding of work zone setup, design, and safety regulations
  • Experience reading and implementing traffic control plans
  • Ability to train, oversee, and coordinate flaggers and crew members
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Previous leadership experience in roadway or construction projects preferred

Pay: $ $22.00 per hour
