Job Summary:

Overview

As a General Warehouse team member, you will play a key role in our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for various tasks related to receiving, storing, and shipping our sneaker products. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse will contribute to the overall success of the company. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving incoming shipments of sneakers, clothing, and accessories. You'll be responsible for verifying accuracy of quantities and quality of product. 

  • Tagging inventory

  • Inspect sneakers for any damages, defects, discrepancies, and report findings to the Warehouse Manager.

  • Label and sort received products for proper storage and inventory management. 

  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records through regular audits.

  • Organize and store sneakers in designated locations within the warehouse, ensuring efficient space utilization.

  • Monitor stock levels and assists in restocking activities to ensure product availability.

  • Order fulfillment, Pick and pack sneakers according to customer orders using the company platform.

  • Prepare packages for shipping, including proper packaging, labeling, and documentation.

  • Warehouse Maintenance, keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from hazards to maintain a safe environment. 

  • Knowing how to operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, in a safe and responsible manner. 

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required.

  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50lbs) and perform physical tasks. 

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Basic computer skills for inventory management.

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including morning shifts, day shifts, evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.

  • The General Warehouse role starts at $13.00/hour

    • You will work alongside a successful team of warehouse staff

    • Your performance will be judged based on efficiency, thoroughness and ability to maintain a schedule
