Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Director, based in Elgin, TX. The Financial Director will oversee all aspects of financial management, including developing financial plans, preparing financial statements, and managing reporting processes. Additional responsibilities include monitoring budgets, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations. The role also involves providing strategic financial advice to support organizational growth and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Financial Planning and Finance
  • Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Reports
  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and support decision-making
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA certification preferred)
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience in public sector finance or working within municipal government is a plus
