Outside Sales Representative – Packaging Company (1099 Independent Contractor)
Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Compensation: 50% commission on sales
Location: Inland Empire, Commerce, Orange County, San Fernando Valley
Job Description:
We are a packaging company seeking experienced Outside Sales Representatives to work as 1099 independent contractors. This opportunity is ideal for high-performing sales professionals who prefer uncapped earning potential and flexibility while operating independently in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and close new business independently
- Conduct door-to-door prospecting and outside sales
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Manage your own sales pipeline and territory
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of door-to-door sales experience
- Reliable transportation (own vehicle required)
- Proven ability to generate and close sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and accountable
- Experience in packaging or packaging supplies is a plus, but not required
Compensation Structure:
- 50% commission per closed sale
- No cap on earnings
- Performance-based opportunity with high upside

- Inland Empire

- San Fernando Valley
