This isn't a traditional 9-5 job—it's an entrepreneurial role for self-starters who want real startup experience. You'll be on the ground floor of a growing company, building partnerships that directly impact our expansion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Visit senior living communities in your area (independent living, assisted living, 55+ communities)
- Present AssisMonter's partnership program to community managers and directors
- Demonstrate our app and explain the value proposition
- Build and maintain relationships with community decision-makers
- Track your outreach and follow-ups in our work management system
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to draft emails, refine pitches, and work efficiently
Typical Week Example:
- Research and identify 5-10 target communities
- Make initial contact calls/emails
- Schedule and conduct 3-5 in-person meetings
- Follow up with communities in your pipeline
- Report progress and coordinate with the team
COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
This is a 100% performance-based, commission-only role. No hourly pay or salary.
Payment Breakdown:
- Base Commission: $50 per community successfully enrolled
- Volume Bonus: $25 additional for every 5 enrollments in a calendar month
- Retention Bonus: $50 additional for each community still active after 3 months
- Quality Bonus: $25 additional for communities that generate $1,000+ in revenue
Payment Timeline: Within 30 days of confirmed enrollment
Tax Status: You'll receive Form 1099-NEC (you're responsible for your own taxes and expenses)
Earnings Examples:
- Month 1 (Learning): 3 enrollments = $150
- Month 2 (Building momentum): 8 enrollments = $400 base + $25 volume bonus = $425
- Month 3 (Hitting stride): 12 enrollments = $600 base + $50 volume bonus = $650
- Plus: Retention and quality bonuses kick in after 3 months
Top performers who consistently enroll 10+ communities per month can earn $ /month plus bonuses.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required:
- Recent college graduate or graduating senior
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Professional appearance and excellent verbal communication
- Comfortable with technology (smartphone apps, CRM systems, AI tools)
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Able to handle rejection and stay persistent
Preferred:
- Major in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Admin, or related field
- Previous sales, customer service, or relationship-building experience
- Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, or senior care
- Experience using AI productivity tools
Honest Self-Assessment: This role is NOT a good fit if you:
- Need predictable, guaranteed income right now
- Prefer structured, supervised work environments
- Are uncomfortable with in-person sales or cold outreach
- Don't have reliable transportation or flexibility to travel locally

Q: What territory will I cover? A: We'll assign you a geographic area based on your location (typically 15-25 mile radius with 20-40 target communities).
Q: When do I get paid? A: Within 30 days of the community confirming their enrollment and completing onboarding.
