Electrical Superintendent
on behalf of a
leading electrical contracting firm
that delivers high-quality construction projects across the metro-Atlanta area. The company specializes in complex commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, and healthcare developments, known for its excellence in safety, innovation, and craftsmanship.

Position Summary
The Electrical Superintendent will lead all field operations for large-scale construction projects, overseeing electrical crews, ensuring code compliance, coordinating with project stakeholders, and maintaining schedules and budgets. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to high-profile builds across the state.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise electrical foremen, journeymen, and subcontractors on active projects.
  • Ensure work meets plans, specifications, and all applicable electrical codes.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades.
  • Oversee project manpower, materials, and production to maintain efficiency.
  • Implement and maintain company and OSHA safety standards.
  • Assist with testing, commissioning, and project closeout activities.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in electrical construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, or healthcare construction required.
  • Thorough understanding of NEC, local codes, and construction standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites in the region.
