The Customer Service Manager will lead by example and be responsible for both customer satisfaction and meeting company goals. As the Manager, you will oversee the development, inspiration and growth of customer service team members and manage day-to-day activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the Customer Services Team in providing excellent customer service while reaching retail sales goals.
- Motivate team with positively and professionalism, Inspire team and create an environment that promotes employee loyalty and passion.
- Manage day-to-day guest service operations of the company while being cognizant of team members work/life balance.
- Train new team members to company standards.
- Schedule team to ensure adequate coverage to meet the needs of the business.
- Resolve guest complaints and provide solutions to team challenges.
- Schedule team training to keep team up to date on current trends and ensure continuous service quality,
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years management experience in Customer Service, Retail or Hospitality, Salon or Spa experience a plus.
- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry
- A willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and support the service team as needed.
- Positive personality and ability to instill that positivity into team members
- Experience with Meevo point of service software a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45, $55,000.00 per year
