Noor has partnered with a boutique real estate private equity firm that is looking to hire an Analyst to assist with Asset Management and Acquisitions duties on a national multifamily portfolio.

This is a full-time in-office position located in Juno Beach, FL

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the asset manager to optimize the performance of assets.
  • Perform detailed rent roll analysis; maintain and track property-level leasing and unit pricing.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis on revenue, operating expenses, market comps, and capital projects.
  • Support acquisitions by researching target markets, comparable rents, sales, vacancy, and absorption/supply.
  • Underwrite potential multifamily acquisitions through financial modeling in Excel.
  • Leverage data from Costar, Knock, Apartment IQ, RealPage to analyze and present insights, draw conclusions, and make recommendations.
  • Aggregate and update property-level data weekly for asset management purposes.
  • Analyze historical property operating statements, budgets, leases, loan agreements, and expenses.
  • Compile and analyze monthly property operating statements for portfolio and internal review.
  • Prepare and track annual budgets, business/leasing assumptions, and quarterly reports.

Qualifications and Qualities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or Accounting.
  • 1-2 years of commercial real estate experience post-grad
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data sorting and querying data sources.
  • Understanding of real estate financial modeling.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent computer and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities.

$75,000 - $95,000 Base DOE + Discretionary annual bonus.
