Welcome to Indy Collective Property Group We are 500 apartment and retail units spread out around downtown Indy among 11 buildings/properties. Many of our buildings are old (average age of years) and require steady upkeep.

This job is not for you if you prefer to work on generally more modern buildings and/or systems, or on one or two buildings only.

We are seeking a skilled, experienced, and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations.

Duties:

Perform routine maintenance tasks

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems

Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (Appfolio) to receive, document, and complete work orders and inventory management

Provide excellent customer service to internal departments and tenants

Log hours and location accurately in Workyard

Experience:

Proven experience in facilities maintenance

1-2 positive and responsive referrals upon request from relevant employer within last 3 years

Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs

Ability to maintain, repair, and fabricate equipment parts

Electrical knowledge for working on various systems
