Seeking Breakfast Cooks for Solera Waikiki.

We ask that our staff take initiative, act with integrity, and work together to uphold and build upon our standards. These positions are full-time and can include production shifts.

  • 1+ years of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Must have basic knife skills.
  • Knowledge of basic sanitation and safety policies and procedures regarding food handling.
  • Ability to perform physical work that requires continual standing, walking, and lifting 50 lbs.
  • Ability to follow basic written and verbal instructions. Be able to communicate clearly with managers, and kitchen staff.
  • Prepare food items, ensuring consistency and compliance with the Chef's standards.
  • Ability to relate to a diverse range of people with patience and understanding.
  • Knowledge and understanding of maintenance and equipment/space cleaning requirements.
  • Willingness to do "whatever it takes" to get the job done.

Restaurant Description:

Breakfast at Solera is located at The Ritz Carlton Residences in Waikiki Beach. We offer a daily breakfast service that encompasses comforting favorites featuring local produce and high quality ingredients.
