MacLellan Integrated Services is a dynamic and rapidly growing organization offering a range of services including Critical Process Cleaning, Building & Process Equipment Maintenance, HVAC & Mechanical, Production Support, and Wastewater Management to a broad range of business partners across North America.

About You:

As the NLB/Maintenance Technician, you are part of Best People. You take pride in maintaining equipment through proper parts replacement, preventive maintenance, and accurate documentation.  Using our Best Systems, you work with precision and attention to detail, manage time and priorities effectively. You have fundamental skills working with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Because you are passionately committed to being the best, you seek opportunities to learn and grow your skillset. You help us to grow our business relationships, using your foresight to see potential issues and by delivering timely solutions to avert those same issues to produce Best Results.

Necessary Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment prints and schematics.
• Strong understanding of high-pressure, horizontal, and vertical pumps.
• Ability to prioritize work to ensure team safety, quality, and delivery of assigned tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with Lotus Notes is a plus.

Necessary Experience:

• 3–5 years of mechanical and maintenance experience in an industrial or facilities environment.
• Hands-on experience with hydraulics and pneumatics systems.
• Experience in preventive maintenance (PM) procedures and documentation.
• Experience and willingness working weekends.
• Experience and ability to safely lift items up to 70 lbs.
• Experience working in hot and damp environments, wearing PPE, climbing stairs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and standing/walking for extended periods of time.

• After a conditional offer of employment, all job applicants at MacLellan Integrated Services will undergo testing for the presence of illegal drugs.
